I have been practicing yoga for 10 years. I’ve studied in India and the UK and I am a qualified teacher of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow.

Through practicing yoga I have found a way to balance my body, to still my mind and to find joy and connection in myself and the world. I have cried laughing, I have laughed crying, I have tied myself in knots and been bent into positions I never knew I was capable of. It has helped me more than any other practice in preventing and recovering from injury.

My classes combine breath with postures in a continuous flow. Sometimes classes are fast-paced and invigorating and at other times slower and more restorative but always with a focus on mindfulness and an attitude of kindness towards the self.

I run The Yoga Pod on Richmond Hill, offering small group Vinyasa yoga classes to the local community, and I'm also a regular teacher for Third Space health clubs in central London.

I’m available for group and private sessions. Please contact me for more info or check out The Yoga Pod facebook page or website.
